No. You have to buy a ticket for the parking lot next to Blijdorp. This costs around 10 euros. If you choose a Park and Ride in the area you lose a little less money, but you will be on the way to the entrance longer.
In Blijdorp itself you cannot (yet) spend the night. There are, however, regularly deals with hotels near Blijdorp Diergaarde. Then you get a free ticket with your overnight stay.

Last winter, Diergaarde Blijdorp collected several washed -up dick turtles. After intensive care in the Rotterdam zoo, the previously heavily cooled animals were sufficiently recovered and it was time to bring them back to their natural environment. The destination for the armored animals: the Azores. In preparation for the flight, special boxes were designed in Blijdorp, so that the turtles could travel comfortably. These wooden boxes are equipped with a damp mattress, on which the animals, covered with a wet cloth, will spend the journey in a pleasant way.
